We developed a full range of “moulded” slip rings, for which we needed a wide selection of tools giving to give us many possibilities in terms of both size and configuration.
For slip rings that cannot be moulded, we have mastered a building technique using heat variations. Not only does this open up wider size choices, it allows us to reduce costs by recovering your hub (if its condition allows it).
In some situations, installing the slip ring assembly in your machine might have environmental or mechanical constraints that give it certain specific requirements and rule out both of these techniques. In this case, our design office will examine mechanical assemblies (split slip rings, kits, etc.).
